Sectors

Sector knowledge and a systems view.

Our practice is organized around sectors where experience, networks and delivery capability come together. In each one, our services run from early-stage studies through to project management.

01 / Sector

Industrial and Corporate

A business transformation can involve simultaneous changes to the organization, its processes, its facilities and its investments. We address these components through organizational design, operations engineering, technical studies and project management for industrial and service companies.

Plants, industrial expansions, distribution centers, logistics facilities, corporate buildings, laboratories and strategic assets.

Services

Process assessment, engineering and redesign

We survey operations, physical flows, timing, capacities, responsibilities and information flows. We prepare process maps, operational redesign proposals, plant layouts and performance indicators. Depending on the scope, we define information system requirements and provide implementation support for improvements.

Organizational design, leadership and training

We analyze structures, roles, decision-making flows and coordination between departments. We prepare organizational charts, job descriptions and management models, and design training programs, content and materials, along with team and leadership development activities tied to the planned changes.

Technical facility design and investment plans

We evaluate expansions, relocations and new production or corporate facilities. We prepare functional programs, feasibility studies, site layout options, preliminary architectural and engineering designs, investment estimates and business cases, depending on the project stage.

Project management for transformation and investment initiatives

We define scope, schedules, budgets and responsibilities. We prepare technical procurement documents, coordinate specialists and suppliers, and track progress, costs and deliverables during implementation.

02 / Sector

Urban and Real Estate Development

Developing a site or property means resolving its uses, regulatory constraints, architecture, infrastructure, investment and the agreements between the parties. We work from asset assessment and project definition through technical design, legal and financial structuring, and project management.

Large sites, mixed-use, residential and commercial developments, logistics and industrial parks, redevelopments and master plans.

Services

Urban and real estate feasibility studies

We analyze location, land or property characteristics, zoning and planning regulations, development capacity, demand and alternative uses. We build site utilization scenarios, area and investment estimates, and economic and financial evaluations to compare development options.

Master plans, architecture and engineering

We define the mix of uses, site plans, street and lot patterns, phasing, and utility and infrastructure requirements. We develop master plans, preliminary architectural designs and engineering studies, coordinating the disciplines involved and producing technical documentation in line with the project stage and the contracted scope.

Legal and financial structuring of development projects

We build business models and cash flow projections, and analyze investment and participation options among property owners, developers and investors. We design contractual structures and draft or review the contracts and agreements needed to structure the project.

Real estate project management

We organize phases, budgets, schedules and procurement processes. We coordinate architecture, engineering, legal counsel and other professional teams, and monitor technical deliverables, investment milestones, costs and timelines in line with the responsibilities we take on.

03 / Sector

Infrastructure and Transport

Infrastructure and transport projects require an understanding of demand, how the system operates, the technical solutions available, and the investment and procurement terms. We carry out studies, planning, engineering and project management for transport and logistics networks, corridors, hubs and services.

Railways, corridors, roads, logistics hubs, ports, border crossings, industrial parks, mining and agribusiness.

Services

Demand and mobility studies

We characterize freight and passenger flows, origins and destinations, demand-generating activities and operating conditions. We conduct field surveys, data analysis, projections and scenarios to size services and evaluate infrastructure and transport alternatives.

Logistics planning and infrastructure engineering

We analyze logistics corridors, locations, hubs and services. We develop capacity studies, functional diagrams, site layout options and preliminary infrastructure designs, and prepare technical specifications and documentation for evaluating or procuring solutions.

Infrastructure investment and contract structuring

We build economic and financial models and analyze institutional and contractual arrangements, the allocation of responsibilities and risks, and options for public or private participation. We prepare procurement documentation, tender documents and draft contracts in line with the specific conditions of the project.
